Madina Arabic Reader lapbook lesson 1!

Some time back last year we started going through Madina Arabic Reader, however didn't get very far! I've decided to start again from lesson 1, and have made a lapbook corrisponding to the Madina Arabic reader lesson 1. We haven't finished it yet, but here are a few pics of what K has done so far...
Vocab mini book
Picture - word match game
Question vocab flaps
Sentence building cards K enjoyed using these cards as a game with me ...we would take it in turns to select a picture and ask the question "is this....", she would find it amusing if I picked a picture and asked if it was the wrong thing!
K still needs to complete the lapbook inshallah as still a few more mini-books / cards to add. Its helped K to remember alot of the vocab alhamdulillah because I have repeated alot through different activities.....May Allah facilitate her to remember it all long term (and me too!)

Its available for download inshallah HERE!

Jazzakillaah Khayr for sharing! We would need this next year Inshaa Allaah! I just thought I would ask you this. I intend using tracing sheets for Arabic as Maimoonah needs to practice writing Arabic joining letters. Do you know of any Arabic Tracing Fonts that I can use for these worksheets Inshaa Allaah?

  2. Wa'alaikum asalaam wa rahmatullah,

Sorry for replying so late sis! BarakAllahu feek.
Do you mean Arabuc tracing fonts online? I don't know of any, I have never searched online yet though......I might have a look as I think Khadeeja would find that helpful too!

I've just started to get Khadeeja to try to write Arabic, and what I did in the lapbook, was a few words to write, I just used a light grey colour so she could write over the top.

  3. Assalmo alaikum Ukhti,
Mashallah I love your printables that you have so painstakingly created. I did something similar long time ago, but with hand written words and pictures from clipart. I always thought I should make these so others can use them too. I am so glad you beat me to it and made them. Mashallah Tabarakallah. May Allah reward you abundantly for the time you spend in making these materials and your open heart with which you share these with others Ameen
