I am also trying out MEP th...Assalamau alaikum Sis! I am also trying out MEP this year with my kids (3,5,8). MashaAllah, we are pleased with it so far. Naailah, who is my 5 yr old, is on Y1 Lesson 9 so we are working on greater than, less than as well. I found a clever idea on pinteret! To teach this, we made an alligator mouth with teeth. The hungry alligator chomps on the bigger number so she always remembers which way the sign is suppose to go. This fits books much better. Oh and jazakiAllahu khairan for the much needed reminder that we should also remember our children's own interests outside of "school". :)<br /><br />Have you heard of www.pinterest.com? I love it! It's a virtual bulletin board where we can share homeschooling ideas etc. I hope to see many more Muslim homeschoolers on there inshaAllah.
